MyClipboard ("we", "us") is built for youth-sports coaches. We take privacy seriously, especially because our app is often used to manage information about minors. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account info: name, email, and authentication identifiers you use to sign in.
- Team data you enter: team names, player first names or initials, jersey numbers, skill notes, schedules, lineups, and pitch counts.
- Usage data: basic logs (page views, errors) used to keep the service running and improve reliability.
We recommend coaches use first names or initials only — full names of minors are not required to use MyClipboard.
How we use it
- To generate and store your lineups, rosters, and schedules.
- To authenticate your account and sync your data across devices.
- To send transactional messages (password resets, share invites) you trigger.
We do not sell your data, show third-party ads, or share your team's information with advertisers.
Sharing
Lineups you choose to share via a public link or email invite are visible to anyone who has that link, until you revoke it from the game's Share menu.
Data retention & deletion
You can delete your teams, players, and account at any time from the app. Email hello@myclipboard.ai for a manual deletion request.
